Michelle Alderson
A Columbia native, Michelle is a graduate from Hickman High School and the University of Missouri with a degree in biological sciences and graduated with honors.
She has worked in veterinary practice for 20 years, understanding the years of frustrations, high prices, and fees associated with medical waste.
Michelle has worked hard to help provide easy and affordable medical waste disposal. She has obtained the company title as the Chief Executive Officer of Heartland Medical Waste Disposal.

Trevor Hill
Trevor is a graduate of Hallsville High School. He began working with Michelle in the veterinary practice. During this time he also understood the hassle of dealing with medical waste disposal. Trevor then joined Heartland Medical Waste Disposal to help Michelle reach her goal of a hassle free medical waste company. He is the regional manager of Heartland Medical Waste Disposal.
